OFF CAMPUS

I should have announced this earlier, but I got super busy laying out a book (more on that in a sec) and forgot to tell you guys that I will be exhibiting at the second annual Dallas Webcomics Expo in Plano, TX on August 21.  At this point, the expo remains a blessedly small gathering which means a) five buck admission and b) lots of access to a pretty impressive list of cartooning practitioners.

While I won’t be bringing any new product to this particular show, as the honest to God real collection I’m working on won’t be ready for the printers until the last quarter of 2010, I will be taking commission requests as almost usual.  “Almost usual” I say because 100% of the funds received for sketches done at DWEX will be donated to Child’s Play, the Penny Arcade-backed charity that provides hospitals with electronic games for pediatric patients.   So, you know, come to the show and stuff.  Say hi.  Buy a sketch (anything goes!) and help me make this last paragraph impressive for reals.
